道歉信 Apology

写道歉信是一项挫伤自己锐气的工作,你并不想承认犯了错误,但对方已知道了你犯的错,所以最好的办法还是深吸一口气,立即开始写信。为了有效起见,道歉必须是真诚的,悔恨必须是诚挚的,但不能过分夸张,说一句“对不起”、“真对不起”或“我为自己所犯的错误感到十分抱歉”,就能够真诚地表达感情了。像下面这样的一长串解释,对任何读者来说都太长了:“我不知道该怎么说,但是请原谅我寄错了替换部件,这太糟糕了。我知道这耽误了你们开工,也许还造成了很大的损失,太抱歉了。”
